Bake Boss Return & Exchange Policy

At Bake Boss, we take pride in providing quality baking supplies. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

All Sales Are Final (No Returns, Refunds, or Store Credit)

The following items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for store credit:

Edible & Custom Products

  • Edible images / printed sheets

    ➤ Once printed or sent, no changes, refunds, or credits will be issued

Food & Consumable Products

(Includes but not limited to:)

  • Sprinkles
  • Edible glitter
  • Food coloring (gel, oil, etc.)
  • Chocolate, fondant, mixes, or any edible item

Baking Supplies & Tools

  • Cake boards / drums
  • Cake boxes
  • Molds
  • Cookie cutters
  • Any baking tools or equipment

Holiday & Seasonal Items

All holiday or seasonal items are final sale, including:

  • Holiday sprinkles
  • Themed molds
  • Seasonal decorations

No returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued

Online Order Policy

  • Out-of-Stock Items

    The only time a refund or store credit will be issued is if an item ordered online is unavailable/out of stock
  • Unclaimed Orders (No Pickup)

    Orders not picked up will not be refunded or credited
  • Holiday Orders Not Picked Up

    Holiday/seasonal orders not picked up are completely non-refundable

Email & Order Communication Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid and working email address and phone number
  • Bake Boss sends communications such as:
    Order confirmations
    Ready-for-pickup notifications
    Balance or payment notices
    ➤ If a customer does not receive these due to:
  • A full inbox
  • Spam/junk filtering
  • Incorrect email provided

Bake Boss is not responsible

Customers are still responsible for:

  • Tracking their order status
  • Picking up orders on time
  • Contacting the store directly if they have not received updates

Damages & Order Issues

  • Customers must inspect items at the time of purchase or pickup
  • Once items leave the store, Bake Boss is not responsible for damage, melting, or improper handling
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, transport, or storage conditions

Order Accuracy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all order details before completing purchase
  • No refunds or corrections will be made for:
    Wrong sizes
    Wrong colors selected
    Customer input errors on edible images
  • Right to Refuse

Bake Boss reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange that does not meet the policy above.
